Please join members of the St Louis Community Health Worker Coalition (STLCHWC) as they share progress, to date, leading a social impact effort within the region sponsored by the CDC - to build resilient communities. Members of the coalition will not only share the advancements and achievements of the work, but also opportunities for partnership and engagement. Finally, presenters from the Coalition will share an overview of their organization, the current expansion the Community Health Worker certification course, avenues for patient resource connections for health related social needs through the Coalition, as well as the supportive professional network that is available to your community- facing team members, like CHWs.

In CIPE’s foundational workshop, learn about the IPE competencies and the emerging CIPE longitudinal curriculum through simulation, role-play, and videos. This experience allows you to gain knowledge about implicit bias, the stereotypes of professions, and the culture of teams, while practicing your facilitation and debriefing skills.
